1 week of UD 2.0 Complete

I can see that this program has lots of potential, however I will not continue to follow it. My body does not respond well to the program for a few reasons…

1.) My job is pretty labor intensive and I can’t afford to be lethargic especially on those low-carb days where I have low energy and lack of sleep.

2.) Lack of sleep on low carb days

3.) Carb load I feel real bloated and crappy. Yeah it feels good to gorge on a lot of food at once but it doesn’t feel right with me because my stomach is constantly bubbling.

4.) I don’t like the workouts. I understand the meaning behind them but I would rather lift full-body 3 times a week then 4 times a week in a depleted state.

And that’s pretty much it. Yesterdays workout went great I did:

Bench Press- I maxed 225 pounds.
Dead lift- I pulled 275 easy but when I tried my old max of 315, I could not lift it off the ground
Bulgarian Split Squats- Used dumbbells of 20, 25, and then 30.
Shrugs- Did 3 sets of 10 with 185 pounds
Bent-over-rows- I did light weight of 10 reps and found 95 pounds is good for me to keep my form.
Some Hanging Leg Raises.

That’s all for now. I will put up progress pictures tomorrow sometime.
