April 11, 2010 First Progress Pictures

Today I begin the Ultimate Diet 2.0. This is a fairly rough program but I am ready for it.

Here is my starting picture:

Today was the first day of the glycogen depletion.  The workout was full-body, lots of reps, 6 sets per body part. It was pretty rough as I am not used to this type of training.

The diet was even harder today. Today is very low carbohydrates and my totals came out today as

Calories: 1718
Protein: 168
Carbs: 87
Fat: 76

I had too many calories and way too many fats. I will probably hit some cardio tommorow to further deplete my glycogen storage.
