Carb load finished

Finished up my carbohydrate load today. I think my protein was a little bit low today but that’s okay. I didn’t really track anything today and I felt a little off.

I am really really bloated today. According to the book if my carbohydrate load went successful I should look the leanest tomorrow morning. I have a feeling its not gonna be successful though…I had too many dietary fats (150-200 grams) and your suppose to have around 50 grams. Whoops….

But who knows lets see how it turns out. Tomorrow is a power lifting workout which I can’t wait for. I felt like I haven’t lifted heavy forever now.

I am having doubts about this diet but I’m gonna keep pressing on. I think I expect instant gratification and I don’t wanna let that lead me to my ultimate downfall again.
