Carb up today

The torture is finally over for now. I have had bad sleep the past few days and this is one of the side effects of a real low calorie and carbohydrate diet. Today I had over 600 grams of carbohydrates on the carb up to replenish glycogen for a future power workout on the 16th.

I feel pretty good today; short post. I’m going to sleep.
