Another brutal high rep full body workout with a low calorie and carbohydrate diet. I’m trying to figure out how I have not passed out lol. This is an integral part of the ultimate diet 2.0 however.
I have already noticed some quick effects of this “extremism”….
-Had trouble sleeping. This is somewhat expected on any low carbohydrate diet.
-Felt light headed during workout. As stated in the book, these workouts on a low-carbohydrate diet are no picnic.
Luckily for me, even though tomorrow is another low carbohydrate day it is gonna feel like a vacation not having to do another one of these workouts.
I did much much better today on the diet then I did yesterday.
Total Calories: 1204 calories
Protein: 175 grams
Carbs: 70 grams
Fats: 22 grams
