This is my first post. I have just started my journey today. I will be following a strict workout and diet plan to get six pack abs.
In fact, for today at PT (I am in the Air Force) we had to do a pretty strict cross fit workout.
I am currently around 180 pounds and 6 feet tall. My body fat percentage is somewhere around 13-15%. I am not sure.
My current weight lifting maxes are:
Bench Press: 205 lbs
Squat: 225 lbs
Deadlift: 315 lbs
